About the SolarNexus Mobile Application
To enhance the usability of SolarNexus while in the field, SolarNexus provides a mobile application for both iOS and Android devices. Links to the application in its respective app stores are here:
After installing the mobile application on your device, you simply provide your login credentials to connect to your SolarNexus account. No setup is required. The mobile application works seamlessly with the web version of SolarNexus, so users can switch between the two without missing a beat. The mobile app is included free with every SolarNexus license. Functionality
Please note that the SolarNexus mobile application does not support the full functionality of the web application. The mobile application's features are geared toward supporting the most common needs while working in the field in an easy-to-use form. Functionality includes:
- Accessing customer contact information, and initiating calls, texts and emails
- Accessing customer addresses and initiating maps/directions
- Entering new project leads
- Managing your tasks (viewing, updating status, completing)
- Viewing/adding log entries
- Viewing / uploading files and photos
Note that the mobile application does not provide a means to create customer solutions, proposals, or contracts. However, you can see summaries of a job's solutions, and can access/view proposals or contracts that you have created in the web application.
