How can I create multiple prices for one product?

IF you are using the cost item approach, you can update your existing items to have variable cost structure. This would allow you to create selections based on the sector, or other relevant variables. When reps go to sync the cost estimate they'll be able to select the appropriate option.

Here's an example of how you can create variable costs for Residential and Commercial sectors:

  1. Open the Resources tab and select Company Catalog
  2. Find the piece of equipment you need and click the Edit icon to the right of its name
  3. Find the field labeled "Cost Structure" and change it to "Variable Cost"

  4. Change the "Company Cost" value to $0
  5. Type "Sector" into the "Condition 1 Name" field. (You can use whatever name you like, but we recommend Sector for clarity)
  6. Under "Condition 1 Options" type "Residential" and "Commercial"
  7. Select the $ option and type the amounts that correspond to each sector

  8. When you're done, click Save.

From there, when the rep is using that particular equipment and syncs the cost estimate they'll be able to select the condition you created:
